PROTOCONTROL offers low cost capacitance type proximity switch used for oil level sensor switch, which can sense level of oil in a tank. The sensor is capacitance type Proximity Switch which is to be fitted in a tank or hopper at a point where level is to be sensed. This sensor works on DC or AC. This eliminates use of costly level switches.Various sizes of switches are available. M 18 & M 30 sensors are most common. These switches works on 24 V DC and offers PNP or NPN O/P.
Protocontrol oil level sensor can also sense level of oil from outside the tank if it is made up of plastic.
